Hiring: Business Analyst / Project Manager

Software implementations rarely fail on the technology. They fail on the requirements nobody wrote down, the process nobody mapped, and the decision nobody owned.
Bespoke Analytics is hiring a Business Analyst / Project Manager to make sure that does not happen. You will lead implementations of our partner's INTX insurance platform, running discovery with clients, mapping current and future state processes, configuring the platform, and coordinating data migration, integration and testing through to go-live. You will also manage our data platform, analytics and AI projects, keeping technical consultants, client stakeholders and third-party partners moving in the same direction.
This is the connective role between the business and the build. It suits someone who already knows how insurance operations work, can hold a room of stakeholders with competing priorities, and is equally comfortable writing acceptance criteria and briefing a steering committee.
You will work directly with senior client stakeholders on projects that change how they operate. Small team, real ownership, no layers.
